Our Consultancy approach works best when your internal team has the time to run the buying journey, but you still aren’t sure exactly what you need. For example, your network stack could need updating but you could be unsure about what solution is the best fit for you.
Like the first process, we begin with a full assessment to gather the necessary information to create an initial tender and select the right vendors for you.
